Maanay offers a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy. Any product bought from Maanay can be easily exchanged and returned within 7 days ONLY.

* The Product must be tagged, unworn & in its original condition for an exchange.

* The customer must send the original piece back on their own expense to the shipping address to initiate an exchange.

* Exchanged item's delivery time shall be 2 weeks, as we are a made-to-order business and exchange order will be processed as a new order.

* Maanay does not provide exchange/refund for customized orders.
