You have to let us know within 3 days after the delivery to claim for the exchange if:
The product is damaged
The product must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers/papers attached.
The product received does not match the ordered size.
Article must be returned in the original packaging before use.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable and we are not liable to collect orders from your doorstep in any of the circumstances.
